Gently, move your hands to your lap.
Sit back in your chair.
Let your shoulders drop, and your legs dangle.
Take a long, deep breath, inhaling through the nose. Slowly.
Hold it for a moment.
Now, just as slowly, exhale through your mouth.
For just a bit, let go of it, whatever it is.

If only you could remember how beautiful you are!
And how thoroughly God loves you!
You would know you have nothing to fear. Nothing.
And that you are not alone. Not now. Not ever.
