The Quiet Room

Gently, move your hands to your lap.
Sit back in your chair.
Let your shoulders drop, and your legs dangle.
Take a long, deep breath, inhaling through the nose. Slowly.
Hold it for a moment.
Now, just as slowly, exhale through your mouth.
For just a bit, let go of it, whatever it is.
