this cartoon. For the graphics version, Can't Remember Brother Theophyle says, "I think I've contracted amnesia". Rabbit replies, "Amnesia? What makes you think that?" Theo thinks for a moment, and then answers, "Umm ... I can't remember". Off to the side is a field mouse, who reminds us, "Amnesia is a serious medical condition. It is not a joking matter. Therefore, on behalf of all creatures in Cranberry County, I apologize for the poor taste of our cartoonist who put these words into Theo's mouth. I can assure you, he would never have said them on his own." His comments are hyperlinked to a website about amnesia.
