If you have received "spam" email messages that appear to be from us, we apologize. Please know that no such messages have ever been or will ever be initiated by us. The unfortunate fact is that spammers have figured out a way to send messages with the email address of others, like us, in the "From:" slot so that their messages seem to have been sent to you by someone other than themselves. The practice is called "spoofing". We wish there were something we could do to eradicate this nasty phenomenon, but if there is, we don't know what it is.
