The Zoo Fence
This is an intentionally exaggerated example of page framing.
But, suppose you had come from “SomewhereDotCom”, and there clicked on a link to The Zoo Fence. You might have arrived here inside one of their frames, just like this page, surrounded by leftover stuff from the previous site.
If that happens, all you need to do is click on our “Frame Escape” graphic. There’s one beneath this paragraph. Doing so will re-open the page without the leftover frames.
So, now that you have understood the purpose of our “frame escape” device, there is no need for reading anything further on this page. Please click on the Frame Escape graphic at the bottom of this page (or here), and you will be returned to our “About Us” page.
As you have apparently ignored my suggestion, I will take a moment to tell one of my favorite stories, concerning a remark by Zeus (Jupiter) to his fellow gods on the occasion of the death of Hercules, who was his son by the earthling, Alcmena (sometimes Alcmene). It seems that the lesser gods were troubled by the loss to the world of so great a hero, and they expressed their concern to Jupiter, who replied [according to Bulfinch’s Mythology], “Fear not. Only his mother’s share in him can perish; what he derived from me is immortal.” May I humbly suggest that what applies there to Hercules, applies to everyone of us. All that can die is what we inherit from the earth.
That’s it. Now, please click on the “frame escape” image below.
